Default $600NL Tough spot with an Overpair + FD

Villain is 30/12 pretty passive. But I've only played a few hundred hands with him and don't have great ones.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $6 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($1)
Hero ($630)
Button ($860.40)
SB ($123.65)
BB ($579)

Preflop: Hero is MP with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $22</font>, Button calls $22, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>.

Flop: ($53) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $32</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $85</font>, Hero calls $53.

Turn: ($223) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $175</font>, Hero ?

Wouldn't imagine a passive player raising the flop with a flush draw or 67, so I'd imagine it's a set a fair amount of the time. I think calling the turn is ok to try to hit a K/spade - if it was an unknown would a check/shovel AI be ok?
