Yeah, the 3-bet pre was dumb, I'm way behind 5pfr players caling-range. Call and play it cautiously postflop?

But what do you people say about the flop, right after the hand I thought "why the hell did I do that". I don't see any hand he got that I can get value from with a bet, but I fold out some hands that I beat. In this situation does anybody check/call? Or if he checks try to get some value of it on the turn or river. To bet and fold just feeled so awful.

What if were in this spot aginst a 18/16/3,5 guy? I guess then I would be willing more to get it in, and therfore bet. But I can't see a bet/fold be a good move against any type of player.
