Turn: ($60) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $12, Hero calls $12.

River: ($84) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)

Final Pot: $372

Villain is a passive player, pretty donkish, sometimes he is the biggest nit in the universe, sometimes he overplays TPWK, so he could easily be doing this with a lone king. Your line - check call or check fold, assuming he either bets half pot or the whole pot?

Bet the river but check if he suffers from the check-bet syndrome

You bet the river? I made a bet of 72$ on the river and imidiately thought I was an idiot that's why I cut it from HH. Now I see I am not. He made a minraise. This is a fold then, right?

Tough call but it looks like a fold to me .

This spot is actully very tough. It looks like a straightforward bet/fold but we have all seen bad villains (and most 200NL players are bad) raise here with a bare Queen and even a non boat king.

I do prefer a check-call here but think your river lead was too big and 1/2 pot was better. Given the size of the lead I would fold unless tilting as I cannot see how your hand can be good nearly enough to call profitably.

I'm betting like 55 and puking/deciding what to do if/when he raises. I think villain has a lone king a lot, maybe something like AK with no spades or AA. Regardless, I'd be very surprised if you get shoved on by anything less than the nut flush. There's just too many other scary hands out there for you to have.

In my experience, minraise from a fish on the river means the nuts 90% of the time.

I really prefer a check/call here. As played I'm calling the min raise against a villain like this. I could see his line being QJ, KQ, QQ(?) or maybe even QT if he is awful.

I called actually. The only problem I see is that this villain came to the table with 120$. He made money from me which means that he will tighten up because he is a donk and when they earn money, they become nits. I guess it comes down to reads at the end.
