I'd cap preflop and call the river.

I was going to say "no, they're not", but then I noticed you folded the river. I don't like the call turn+fold river plan against an unknown.

you've got bad hand sandwich: two good streets in the middle and two bad ones on each end.

I'm with everyone else; I dont understand the turn call+river fold. What does the J change?

Also, another vote for a pf cap.

I would be capping preflop most of the time unless I am up against a serious rock. And I can't see calling two streets just to fold to a river card that probably doesn't matter. I am thinking I would have done one of two things, depending on my mood and maybe my read on the villan (probably just my mood):

Lime 1: Cap preflop and bet into him on both the flop and turn. Check/call the river. If he raises my flop bet I am check/calling all the way down.

Line 2: Cap preflop then check/call flop and turn. Donk bet the river.

How do those sound?
