Default nl200 what do u think about this

so far he has been playing 20/15, havent seen anything from him. seem nittish

I block the turn becaus I cant afford to call the bet he will make, and when he calls im bluffing on the river.

I have found myself playing more and more hands like this latley.

No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2
5 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $68.65
CO: $194.00
Button: $205.10
LE HERO: $207.00
BB: $53.35

Pre-flop: (5 players) LE HERO is SB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG folds, CO raises to $8, Button folds, LE HERO calls, BB folds.

Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($18, 2 players)
LE HERO checks, CO bets $14, LE HERO calls.

Turn: T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($46, 2 players)
LE HERO bets $20, CO calls.

River: J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($86, 2 players)
LE HERO bets $65, CO folds.
Uncalled bets: $65 returned to LE HERO.

Results:
Final pot: $86

I don't really it, the float looks ok if you are capable of doing this with a monster, the turnbet is kinda small though and when it gets called i don't think you have THAT much FE on the river

drewvy I would bet any heart because I play backdoor draws the exact same way.
I expect him to check river after just calling turn, so I would check a none-scarecard.

Pieter86, ok and thanks for ur input!

I think betting more on turn would be better, but i would rather do this with a hand that has less showdown value.

i really hate the way you played this hand. i do like the bet on the turn though. pretty sneaky/confusing. however i dont think i would bet the river. after he calls your block on the turn, he has a pretty wide range, but he's not folding the river if you are beat. as played i would check/call the river but check/folding wouldn't be awful IMO.

the jack is NOT a scare card. the K of hearts is a scare card.

There are 2 ways you could have played this hand better.
1) 3betting pf... lead flop.
2) Check raise flop. If called c/f turn

Your turn bet was so weak and to bet a paired board river after villain has shown aggression and called the turn bet against most opponents will be spewage.
