WTF does his line mean?170 BB deep, 3bet pot (NL50)

Guy is like 17.5/11.5/3 over like 200 hands. Pretty aggro and pretty decent. Hasn't shown down any bad hands in 200 hands. Haven't seen him do anything besides c/f after calling a 3bet (twice vs. me as no one else was really 3betting). I bet the flop both those times and he didn't have more than 110 BB either time. I didn't bet the flop because I wanted some pot control and didn't really want to go to the felt on the flop. That said, his turn line left me like wtf? I felt like I had to bet there for value, correct? Whats our line now?
