Default Help choosing a site

So I've been playing on Sportsbook.com's poker for a little while, and built up a small bankroll of about 400. But I still feel like I'm making big play mistakes at times. Additionally, I am missing out on any rakeback offers.

So my question is: What website would you guys recommend that offers both a good rakeback offer, and compatibility with poker-tracker type programs? Also, I am in the US and many website won't take my credit card (sportsbook is an exception, yet cake poker is not...which is odd).

Thanks for any help!

I'm sorry, I forgot to add a short post-script which is:

I hear that cake poker is particularly rakeback friendly. Where ought I go to sign up for a rakeback offer, and is it worth getting a rakeback to choose a program that won't offer me compatibility with trackers?
