Default 25NL - 2 pair on a straightening board

Villain is unknown.

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $5.17
Hero (BB): $26.46
UTG: $41.99
CO: $16.75
BTN: $22.80

Preflop: Hero is dealt 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG folds, CO checks, BTN folds, SB calls $0.15, Hero checks

Flop: ($0.75) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks, CO checks

Turn: ($0.75) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.75, CO calls $0.75, SB folds

River: ($2.25) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets $2.00, Hero?

I thought about inducing a bluff from him on that board or that he might check behind with a better 2 pair.

Lead flop.

I'm fine with a c/c on the river, missed hearts might stab and and two pair will still bet.

I think you played it well up to this point. In an unraised pot you don't want to lead the flop OOP, because even if they believe you have an ace, they know it can't be a strong one or you would've raised PF. I think that just sets you up for a position raise, which you would probably have to fold to.

I like the river play if you're going to c/r. So far you've played it like you were taking a stab on the turn w/ middle pair or worse and then giving up on the river. No reasonable draws completed and you'll get calls from lots of aces.

C/R the river would be very very bad.

You are not going to get called by anything you beat and you're not folding out anything that beats you (mainly just a 5).

Your opponent has a 5 often here.

Id lead on the flop a good amount, the rest looks fine, call river.

I disagree with the leading flop advice. IMO, this type of flop is not one we want to stab at. There's draws out there, and we are likely to get called. On turn, even if a blank falls, firing again would be hard, so I would rather just keep the pot small for now and see what develops. I like the turn. On the river, I also think a CR is pretty bad. If CO has a 5, he will shove, and we will be facing like a $10 bet with like 25ish pot. I wouldn't want to call or fold there. However, I think we have to call this river, because villain could be betting a missed flush draw, a miss straight draw, some sort of weaker 2 pair combination, Ax.

You wanted to induce a bluff, and you did, now call it.
