yeah, don't raise the turn.
did you have access to sb's aggression factor/frequency? a third club is not what I'd be worried about. from my experience 5nl players are not usually that aggressive with draws and I wouldn't put him on it without a read. i'd be more afraid of two pair, a set, a better ace...

well, seeing as he did have the flush draw, was my turn bet to small or did he still have good odds to call it? And also I have seen players at this level bet hard like this with a3.
