i think your line is good
why bet more on the turn? - i think we dont have a monster here, besides that 6x made a straight.

because if he does not have the 6, the board is probably still very drawy. If he does have the 6 it will cost me about as much as it did here.

I dont like the turn bluff much to be honest. To me it looks like a place to hope for a cheap showdown / spike a boat on the river.

Can the turn bet not be a value bet from a draw / another two pair?

why is this a bluff?
there's a FD on the board so our hand might still be best

Betting the turn represents a straight, hence a bluff. This may not be a big issue right now, but at higher levels more observant opponents with immediately notice that you overvalue your holdings / value bet too thin on scary boards and will adjust immediately making raises you can not call. So learn to value your hand relatively to the board texture.

99 is a decent hand on 752r board, not so much on a AQ3m. You can assume in the latter case that villain did not connect with the flop and is drawing to a flush out - but is 99 really that big of a hand on this board to pay for its protection? An extreme case of course, but gives you an idea.
