Default $1 Turbo - This OK?

OK, my friend gave me 5$ on Full Tilt and I'm trying to grind it up. I thought these turbos would be easy with 3 people going out in the first few hands but people actually seem to stick around.

This seemed like such an overbet and I thought he was stealing the blinds. Is it ok? or should I wait for better spots which as the blinds show are unlikely to come around soon.

It'd be helpful to see the other stacks, but in a $1 turbo, even in something higher vs an active SB who is shoving ATC (which is probably what he should be doing vs your calling range), this is a clear call if you have less than 10x.

Displaying your stack size certainly helps. If you have like 2500 chips here I am probably just folding. If you're short, it's a call.

OT: The rake on FTP for microlimits is really horrible, I think there are better sites for microlimits (someone mentioned everest in another post).

i call here. your stack is pretty short. even if you are 50/50 vs his range, the big overlay makes this a call.

Looks like standard-call, so yes
SB should push any 2 in this situation, but not all do this correct at this level.

The converter is a little tricky, but if you check the box "stack sizes (tourney hands)", the converter will take with stacks.

Firstly, i'd suggest you read the sticky concerning ICM. ICM (Independent Chip Model) is really key to SNG play.

You need to understand what ranges the villan might be pushing with, to understand what ranges to call with. Most people use an ICM calculator like SngWiz or SNGEGT.

Based on these ranges, you will be able to establish your own pushing and calling ranges.

A5 is not a good hand to call with here. If the villan is pushing ,A2s+,K2s+,Q4s+,J7s+,T7s+,97s+,87s,A2o+,K7o+,Q8o+, J8o+,T8o+ . You are still an underdog 51% to 48%.

I really doubt he is pushing that wide.

Sorry I didnt include stack sizes, there was one massive chip leader and everyone else was 1000-1500 with 2 on around 500. So everyone had very few chips yet were waiting for hands. The structure is crap as it's a turbo and everyone was so passive.
