Default Solve the Downswing better

As i posted yesterday i will now play Nl400 until i have 2 winning sessions in a row.

I know theres no chance to say i am in a downswing, but i was till now in a downswing, but we all now the bad feeling during it o will have it some time.
It sucks so bad losing 20+ Buy iNs due to bad luck ( in my case just don`t hitting anythin).

What do you think of just moving down once you lost 5 days and just build your self esteem up again. If it doesn`t work there move down once again.

As soon as you got the 2 winning sessions go immediately back to your normal level.

We can then try to solve some problems we perhaps have in our game for fewer expenses and we`ll lose less during the DS.

Someone posted sth like that earlier, and i am still not sure if we are perhaps giving up too much EV, so perhaps we could discuss it.

I hope you wee able to understand me.

It really is not helping you by blaming ALL of your downswing on strictly luck

If all your downswing is due to bad luck, then moving down is -EV. Those 2 winning sessions at a lower level are costing you $$$ because you're winning half as much money as you should be.

Moving down a level is right if your BR says it is right. Moving down can be ok if you want to let off steam and blow a few $'s by playing reckless (I wouldn't advise it though).

However, if you are playing good, you are BR correctly and you are merely on the end of some bad variance there is no need to change. Just work through it.

Yes, but this statement...

indicates that he is not referring to BR issues.

As i said, i used the DS to solve some leaks, (defending blinds too agressivley).
I think that havening a winning session can help the self estem help enough to forget the past losses.

I doubt that anyone is playing his A game duing a big downswing. It`s naturaly to get tighte and play more scaed, because you know he will suck out and so on.

I think 20 buyins at 400 is much more then a downswing; so your plan is just smoke and mirrors. You should bust out all your money and learn to play NL not run a pyramid scheme.
