Default is this a fold with villain\'s strange line?

flop is dry so im not too scared of giving free cards and if i c-bet i am likely gonna be raised and be put in a tough spot, thats y check flop, anyways, is river a fold? he had such a weird line, i think if he was gonna make a bluff it would prob be on the turn and theres no way that 5 hit him unless he has pocket 5s, i put him on a deceptive 2 which put me on a steal and thought id bet the river with air, there r really no draws hed call turn with, i think its a fold but just seeing if u guys feel differently and y - we have no history except he seems very taggish-

first off, im def pos betting that flop. also, im calling his tiny river raise, even though you lose the majority of the time. but to be honest, villains are dumb and make retarded bluffs and [censored] value raises so call all day.

Why are you likely to be raised if you bet this flop? Mostly I bet, and my opponents fold or call with worse. Rarely do they raise me, and if they do it that rarely then my decision really isnt that tough.

ppl tend to play back on these flops especially oop, in position they might just float but oop, my c-bet tends to get raised a decent amount of the time on a flop like this and put me in a tough spot, not knowing if its a play or a serious hand

You're probably just running bad. Cbet this flop all day unless you have a specific read on villain suggesting otherwise.
