I'm assuming you mean BB to be button.

And all I'm going to say is that it depends greatly on the BB and also a bit on the CO.

if bb will fold a lot, and co can be my bitch (aka will fold when I raise pf and bet out when a high card hits) I raise.

if bb calls librally and co has a higher than normal wtsd% and/or is good player, I'm going to need to show down a winner to take the pot,so I complete.

somewhere in between and it's a judgement call, possibly taking my current table image into account.

I raise if I want to run over a weak player and complete if I want to play hit and miss against a chaser.

this sounds good. in most cases i'm just completing. folding's obviously out of the question.

Reads?

Without reads, I assume CO is a donkey and raise for value and to put dead money in the pot if I can. You should have an equity edge over a CO limper and whatever random hand BB has.

I believe that this is quite a pivotal statement as I think if BB is calling liberally then it might be better to exchange equity for fold equity and the chance to protect our hand. I would complete in this situation more often than raising.
