Default tptk 2/4 riverplay

Villain is 24/20 or something like that, no history

Party Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $2/$4
4 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $414
Hero: $655.80
SB: $453.30
BB: $802.08

Pre-flop: (4 players) Hero is Button with
UTG folds, Hero raises to $14, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop: ($30, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $22, BB raises to $69, Hero calls.

Turn: ($168, 2 players)
BB bets $120, Hero calls.

The turn is obviously a pretty nice card for me BUT a bad card for villain to bluff at.
Therefore he probably will give up most of his bluffs on the turn(unless he has hearts)

So here my questions:
We assume that Villain is pushing river.

What do we do on a [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] river? Pretty easy fold, right?
What on Q/7 river?
Do we call a blank river?

If the turn is the 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], do you play turn/river differently?

Im not really sure how to play this hand against an unknown.
Villains valuebetting range is obviously pretty small but i dont think that an unknown will 2-3 Barrel this board very often.

Notice that we are about 150bb deep

I call and call most rivers. He has T high here like always, with the occasional 66.

River so standard or just too long to read?

I would btw probably fold q/7/heart river and call blank.
Thoughts?

We are 150bb deep and Villain probably gives up most of his bluffs on the turn because the turncard is such a bad card to bluff at.
Therefore hearts are probably a decent percentage of his range.

So i cannot see why you snapcall a heart river but fold q/7.

The turn card is a great hand for him to bluff at; you can easily have an oesd that now should fold. Being 150bb's deep I wouldn't expect someone to 3-bet an oesd.
