Some Internet Gambling Questions

Hi guys: I've played online... Maybe around 100k hands? I've used three sites: Party, Fulltilt, Stars.....
I have several questions: I hope you can enlighten me on any of them.

1. The US Legislation: Does this affect playing IN the US or any person with a US passport? For instance if a US citizen goes to Asia, would the sites care?

2. Bankroll: In a casino, I usually play around 3/6 and 5/10. It seems to be online that above 5/10, the games are HUGE. I mean I've seen 25/50 players sitting at 5/10 and I've seen them flash some of their money (no, it doesn't scare me, BUT). How in the *&amp*(&amp(*& do they get that much money online? Right now, I have a bank wire cap of 10k~ (which I've used a lot of)

3. Last thing is: by the same token: How do they get it out?? 10/20 and above can see earns easily of 5k +~ My bank would immediately redflag me if 5k wires kept coming in~ And it would definitely be a hassle:
I know Netteller is based in London (yes?) With the proper documents, is there a way to physically (not electronically) withdraw money out *or from the sites?

The reason I ask is: I'm thinking of moving up stakes and trying to go for the bigger leagues~ *not by much, but still at a point where moving move is getting to be a hassle.
