Are spices ok when trying to lose weight?
Stuff such as chili powder, cajun, pepper, garlic powder etc? I know theres a lot of sodium but as far as calories are concerned there are none. So as long as I am drinking a ton of water sodium should not be a major concern for weight loss correct? |

Real natural spices have no sodium. You should try to avoid some of those nasty grocery store spice mixes because they have things like MSG in them.
