Default Spices on fat loss diet

Are spices ok when trying to lose weight?

Stuff such as chili powder, cajun, pepper, garlic powder etc?

I know theres a lot of sodium but as far as calories are concerned there are none.

So as long as I am drinking a ton of water sodium should not be a major concern for weight loss correct?

Real natural spices have no sodium. You should try to avoid some of those nasty grocery store spice mixes because they have things like MSG in them.
