Default AQ - All-in preflop?

The following was the previous hand I had been involved in at the table:

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $79.00
BB: $60.90
UTG: $203.80
CO: $197.75
Hero (BTN): $99.50

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 Players)
2 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $4.00</font>, SB calls $3.50, BB folds

Flop: ($9) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $6.50</font>, SB calls $6.50

Turn: ($22) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks

River: ($22) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $18.00</font>, Hero calls $18.00

Pot Size: $58.00 ($2 Rake)

SB had T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (high card Ace) and LOST (-$28.50)
Hero had A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (a pair of Kings) and WON (+$27.50)

So, to clarify, the following hand was my hand first hand played since the previous hand (it was either one or two orbits later):

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $41.50
BB: $68.90
UTG: $75.60
MP: $175.30
CO: $203.80
Hero (BTN): $130.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
3 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $4.00</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $10.00</font>, BB folds, Hero...

I call this all day vs. a bigger stack, but against this guy do you get it in now?

If yes, what is the cut-off point between the two plays in terms of opponents stack size?

If he is cold-calling ATs oop i think his 3 betting range would be somewhat tight.

You're forgetting the fact there is a good chance he's tilting. He's clearing a donk - he floated the flop out of position and isn't reloading his dwindling stack.

Yea i get it all-in. If he's tilted his range can be any A and any PP and a alot of Kx combinations. Furthermore, he's also shortstacked.

What is your cut-off point between the calling and shoving in terms of opponents stack size?

This is pretty close but I think I'd call with AQs+ and like TT+ so in this case I think I'd fold.
