Just call the flop raise.
Now bet out 30 on the turn and call a push. Given the check raise ai. |

oh wow, I'm really stupid. Someone on aim msged me and was like...dude, that hand is so easy, you be having 2 pair! I TOTALLY thought I had J4h...lets pretend thats the case. What's the line there?

b/cai between 30-40. I'm betting closer to 40 more often w/o two pair and closer to 30 w/ two pair.

3-betting the flop with the intention of c/f a blank on the turn is really bad. If you're 3-betting the flop you need to do it with the intention of bet/calling the turn. I still prefer just calling the flop raise b/c you have sd value (enough to c/c turn and hope for the river to go check check UI).
Edit: A 3-bet on the flop folds out very few better made hands. Jx rarely raises and Kx rarely folds, he could have air or another fd though. |
