My opponent was playing over 50% hands preflop and seem to like weak aces. On the flop I just called, because my opponent doesnt usually bet alot so I was going to see what happens on the turn. The turn he checks so I decide he might have a weak ace or a flush draw or both and I bet.

On the river I tried to get fancy since I had seen him play alot of weak aces I did not want to split the pot since with his bet their is 33.25 in the pot I tried to get him to fold the weak ace but then he comes over the top which I really did not see coming at all and I knew my hand was no good but i made a crying call hoping to chop.

After looking over the hand I think I like a smaller raise on the river that leaves me enough money to fold to an unexpected all in. This hand just really made me feel like a donk getting in all in with top pair and I'd like your guys view.

Ok i reread your hand an yes it seems confusing. Maybe raise the flop instead of the call. As played im confused could you just give me the spoiler results i have had a few beers and do not wish to concentrate.

Raise flop, check turn, call river, ldo. You're not folding somebody who plays 50% of his hands and has an Ace here.
