It's a btn raise, and I don't want to play A10 OOP. 3betting will win the pot most of the right here, and if called we're able to fire a cont bet and take it down a good % of the time on the flop too.

I agree. Maybe with better postflop skills calling OOP is positive EV but with my current skills I view calling as -EV and 3 betting as slightly positive EV vs. a button raise.
