Default What play would you make? 2/2 NLHE

I played the following hand just earlier tonight at a local casino. The players and stack sizes were as follows.

SB (2nd hand at table, no reads): $80
BB (Hero): $70
CO (VERY loose, plays tons of pots): $210

I was dealt QhTc in the big blind. Action folds to CO who raises to $10. SB calls, Hero calls. Pot is now ~$30.

Flop comes Qd9cJd and SB bets $15. What is your play?
