25NL TPTK, hate this river, should i bet, call or just check fold?

I hate this river. I have no reads on the villain, only been at the table a few minutes. BB is a fish according to PT. I reckon he was drawing on that flop, not raising the donk bet on the flop was an error on my part, giving the villain good odds.

Did i bet too little on the turn? If he has A of hearts he may think it is an out (altho it wasnt)

I'm thinking by the river he either has a flush, JT, QJ or KJ.... do i check/call, check.fold or bet here and fold to a raise?

Yeah I believe a raise on the flop would have been good.
I think turn is OK.
Check/call reasonable bet on river.

with two hearts on flop and two opponents, we really have to raise the flop.

I'd probably check the river and call or fold depending on size of bet.
