Default 100nl, some preflop qs

Just looking for some general guidelines here.

assume 100bb effective stacks

situation A - abc TAG 21/16 type
situation B - LAG 29/19 type
situation c - unknown

you open XX in the CO for 3.50, btn 3bets to 12, what are you calling? 3betting?

you open XX otb for 3.50, sb calls, bb reraises to 15, what are you calling? 3betting?

you open XX otb for 3.50, sb 3bets to 12, what are you calling?

you open any small pair < TT utg, get 3bet from behind (not the blinds) calling, folding, what?

or if you do get 3bet from the blinds are you calling for set value?

also, what are your guys standard opening ranges for utg? assuming your image isn't totally screwed.

thanks

UTG - AJs+ and all pairs.
I don't generally call a 3bet with a small pair unless i'm getting odds to hit set (also depends on implied, obviously, if I can put him on a big pair then a calls more likely)
