Default huge leak: stacking off too light

one of my biggest problems is getting it all in and well, losing, lol. that is, i'm not getting it in good.

what's the best way to deal with this? obviously stop doing it, but i need some artificial aid. should i shortstack? move down until i'm playing better? make a no bluffing rule? hire a monkey to give me an electric shock whenever i donk off my stack?

any thoughts appreciated.

Pot control, check back a lot of made hands(top pair hands for example), instead of relentlessly betting. Tighten up your cbetting, be less likely to cbet oop than in position.
Also, just try plain tightening up overall.

A no bluffing rule is a pretty good start. Pure bluffs really won't do much for your winrate (at least not the ones that are going to cost you a stack.)

The little bluff at orphan pots are fine. Just drop the triple barrel, and lower your double rate.

Very true, this used to be my biggest leak. Bluffing is for retards at this level (uNL). ABC poker will get you money and bluffing will just diminish your profits.

There really isnt any reason to bluff at these limits. I found that out the hard way. SO no bluff shoves and turn and river bets are super super super strong, so if you bet the flop get called and get lead into for a decent sized bet or c/r, your tptk is not leading enough times to warrant continuing.
