There's a good chance you have the best hand. People 3-bet button steals from the SB with all kinds of stuff, like JT, K9, etc. It isn't always big pairs and big aces. Plus you have a straight draw. If he has a pair, then you also have an ace as an out.
Raise flop, bet turn, check behind river UI? Or raise flop, check behind turn, call a river bet? If you raise the flop, and he 3-bets, then I'd probably peel one, and fold the turn UI.
