I know you can't do it directly but am pretty sure I saw somebody in the software forum say you can somehow export your hand histories from po. Once you can do that then just import those into pt. You can always look at some recent posts on pokertracker.com forums because this gets asked there too (I think I saw one or two in the support forum recently so look there first).

Do you mind me asking why you want to change from Pokeroffice to PokerTracker? I don't have either and am seriously considering getting one, i was originally going to get PokerOffice but since your changing i would really like to hear why.

I can get PO database backup to MYS.file, but according to Poker Tracker support I need a TEXT.file. Could I somehow change my MYS.file to TEXT.file?

Main reason is that that Iīm going to play in Boss Media network and PO doesnīt work there, but PT and PAHUD does. PO also has some bugs, (like turning off, and not updating statistics). When I sometimes try to look an instresting hand, Iīm not able to find it cuz PO didnīt updated that. Thinks like these is why I try PT+PAHUD now. But PO is newer and pretier tha PT so I donīt know which one Iīm going to use in future.

If you donīt have either yet, I would recommed you to choose the PT+PAHUD, cuz thatīs the popular and propably better. Then if you like you can get PO. But these are of course only my oppinnions. Choose the one you like I donīt think they are so different.

That sounds like it would be some kind of mysql file but I've never seen one and don't know what's in it. It could just be a compressed backup of the db which will be of no use for you to transfer to pt.

See if you can open it in notepad; does it look like a bunch of the text hand history files poker sites write to your hard drive? That's the only kind of "text" file pt is going to import. Would you happen to have saved all the hh files po has been importing all this time? If so you can just use those for pt.

Otherwise, look through the first few pages of the software forum here, try a search. I'll look too because I know I saw somebody in the past couple weeks talking about doing exactly this kind of thing but I'm not sure if I saw it at 2p2 or the pt forums.

Don't know if this is the one I was thinking of but see if it helps:

http://www.pokertracker.com/forum/vi...roffice+export

I don't use po so have no idea how hard/easy this exporting/replace thing is but if I was you I'd try it on just one or two and see if they import into pt ok before you try to do all of them.

Well I tried that, but it didnīt work. But I realised that I have hand histories saved in my computer. (For example: PokerRoom handhistories are in PokerRoom/History file), so I can get most of them from there, but I cant get the import working right, cuz it wount import all hands.

Have a question also. Does PT, PAHUD or Gametime+ work in Boss Media network?

I don't play that network so unless somebody else replies you'll want to check the pt/pa/gt+ web sites to see if they're supported.

You shouldn't really have any trouble importing hands from supported sites unless you're using a trial version of pt (limited to 1k hand import), they're play money hands which pt doesn't support or I think sometimes pt can barf if the file is too big (aren't sure about that since I never had that problem but pt includes a "file splitter" so I'm guessing that's what it's for).

If it's none of those the only other thing I can think of is that they're old hh that pt had to make an update to work with the newer ones and somehow that broke the older ones. Beyond that you'll probably want to check pt forum for better help.
