I probably check call the river but I like your fold too .
The result would be the same and I'd probably be down $16 .

The only way I'm checking this river is to CRAI.

As played, I'm a station so I might look him up here putting him AT or a bluff, but that's probably a bad idea. Even if he doesn't have a 9 he could have QJ. I'd say you're beat here more than 2 times in 3.

checkraise flop bet turn bet river. If you do that, you are probably commited to call a river bet because the pot has become so big.

in your case, fold is good. I am a calling station and would pay off but it would be a bad call. People rarely raise bluff river. It is advanced play. Nice fold.
