Default 2 pair on scary board

unkown but seemd tight passive post flop. I really hate these spots. should i raise flop to 30 or something? i havent done anything crazy and I think i lose alot of value by playing this fast?

take off the river action for btn...it will influence what people say. since he checks river, every armchair quarterback will be like "ZOMG, shove turn"

Well obv the river didnt fill you up so as played, if its not a heart/face card id c/c.
