I usually 4-bet to 30 as a default due to not getting any respect in blinds. I think raising any higher lets him get away easier, but having ~70 left behind will let him bluff thinking he has FE maybe. You'll run into AA or KK a few times but you'll also find people shoving AK, JJ or just random Axs. I'm never 4-betting to fold though.

How much credit is he giving you for a hand? Probably not much, against most villains easy 4bet.

How about calling this 3bet and planing to call one bet if A or K hits the flop and c/r if flop is J high?

I think 4betting here lets him fold alot of hand that we can gain more value from postflop. ex. he flops TPTK or a decent draw a decides to play for stacks just because it BvB.

I wouldn't shove. I can't se him stacking off with less than QQ here. I like Orsman's plan cuz he'll follow up on any flop. 4-bet to 30 is safer tho.

I usually just call here. 4 betting let's hands worse than JJ get away easily. I think you can get more value by playing post flop w/ this hand in this situation.

I don't 4 bet much at all, however. So if you have some 3 bet/4 bet history w/ villain, then 4 betting is fine (even w/o history it's fine, but past hands w/ villain may make 4 betting a better line).

Shoving certainly isn't +EV if you're playing against me...
