Default Bottom pair + gutter in reraised pot vs lag

Villain is "ragnuts20", a laggish regular who is pretty solid overall, plays like 32/24. We have a bit of history but not a ton, we usually don't tangle much, but this session we're going at it a bit, he has been 3 betting my button raises 2-3 times before this in the past several orbits and I've folded each time.

Folding preflop is standard but I was on tilt from getting sucked out on every table for stacks and him 3 betting me so often, so I called.

Blah blah, wtf should I do on the flop?

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $2/$4 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $466.00
BB: $1,012.71
UTG: $451.60
CO: $547.05
Hero (BTN): $760.80

Preflop: Hero is dealt 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 Players)
2 folds, Hero raises to $16.00, SB raises to $54.00, BB folds, Hero calls $38.00

Flop: ($112) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB bets $88.00, Hero ???

i don't like calling cause it looks like you're weak and frustrated and raising is gross cause this is the time he usually has a hand. just fold and take one for the team.

Re-pop it to $240. He'll check the turn (if he hasn't mucked) and shove for the balance of his stack. Or...muck now and wait until you are ahead, because honestly, what the hell are you beating?

u made a bad call preflop which leads to annoying situations like this.

this is a horrible flop for u to re pop.

If SB was as deep as you I like a raise. As stacks lie, fold.

PF sucks IMO. you dont have any room w/ the stack sizes to make a move on this flop and if he's a solid LAG he knows how you're going to adjust to his image.

this is a bad spot to take a stand. i'd just let it go.

I think I shove. Flop isn't terrible. AK,KQ (maybe AQ),AA,KK,QQ,99, JT call, rest of his range should fold. Axs, suited connectors, smaller pairs, other random stuff. And you'll often have 9 outs when behind.

for someone as solid preflop as you ae, aisle, this is a mistake.

however, once here, you're asking should you raise fold or call, since all have merit. if you think he ever - ever - can fold Qx (and obviouly TT/JJ) I'd shove, but most cant, so I'd just call.

playing the turn is the fun part, depending on whether he bets or checks, and if you improve or not.

Yeah calling preflop is definitely not good. I should have 4bet bluffed if I wanted to take a stand.

Anyways, I'm not sure if I like my line, but I called the flop. The turn was a blank and he shoved for over a PSB, I had to fold obv.

its not an obvious fold, i would consider calling, but folding is likely right. not a bad line.
