Re: Blind vs Blind situation in $30+R (6 Max)
I think I find a call here because there is a good chance that your ahead of his range (he is probably doing this with any A, KQ, KJ, maybe worse). You have put 1600 in to the pot and he goes ai for another 4650. So there you are getting 4650 to win 7850 so 1.7:1 on your money. I think that you are ahead of his range enough that this call is profitable.

Super easy call, you might even be a favourite against his range and you've got odds of like 1.7:1

Re: Blind vs Blind situation in $30+R (6 Max)
This is a question you can probably answer yourself.
(1) Determine the pot odds. (2) Identify a range of hands that BB would be shoving here. (3) Use PokerStove or some other software to calculate the equity of ATs vs. that range. (4) Call if the pot odds justify it. If you do all of this, you should find that this is a really easy call against a typical opponent. |
