Default NL CASH few preflop questions

1) Are you more/less inclined to 3bet bigger preflop raises?
2) Are you more/less inclined to 4bet bigger preflop 3bets?
3) What range of hands do you raise button limps.
4) What range of hands do you call button limp-raises?

Thanks in advance!

Say your positsion stats are SB - 60, BB - 20/9.
4) What range of hands do you call button limp-raises?

Thanks in advance!

1) It's the same... it's my flat calling range that goes away (usually turns into a fold). The upper-ends of my OOP calling range rolls into my 3bet range, so I guess I 3bet slightly more.

2) Not really. It's not a question of size, but frequency (It's not a matter of weight ratios... it's a matter of where he grasps it!!!11!)

3) Really player dependent. The first time they do it I'll do it with any reasonable hand. If they are less inclined to call OTB, I am more inclined to raise. If they are calling with any 2 it's generally going to be premium hands only where my equity will generally outweigh the positional disadvatange.

4) I hate button limp re-raises. I don't see them often, but when I do it's generally QQ+ at the small stakes unless you are Phil Gordon, in which case it was A4. I'll treat it like calling a 3bet IP.
