What I am looking for is the following:

- reliable internet connection
- no tax on winnings
- low costs of living and real estate
- good location regarding weather and world peace wise
- good connection to the rest of the world via airplane
- good healthcare
- American / European satellite TV available
- English / Spanish / German as widely common languages

no tax isn't going to work, you have to denounce your citizenship. that's been covered a million times here.

in my mind, low cost of living and real estate doesn't match up with good weather and great health care. unless you mean low cost living like australia rather than thailand. australia does seem your best bet. good luck getting entry as a poker player.

I dont think taxations will be a problem. And i heard cuba has really good health care :P . so you can take a plane or boat for that. Dunno how good it really is tho.
