As it's only 4 handed, maybe you've been raising a fair bit and BB is playing back at you without a big hand. But most people rarely do this, so you have to play carefully postflop. I would say if he bets big on the flop and then also on the turn, I would definitely fold the turn. I think there is also an argument for folding preflop here despite it looking extremely tight.
