You're scared on the flop against this opponent of what - trips? Why are you not reraising him there?

It's a pretty clear fold on the turn. I would probably just call the flop and reevaluate the turn as well. I hate leading the turn. If you're going to do that, you might as well raise the flop to $20 & fold to a re-raise.

Against this type of opponent, I think you have to make your crucial decision after he reraises you on the flop from $3 to $6. You either have to fold the hand or put in a big raise and be ready to play for stacks. Your hand is probably not going to improve so you're either way ahead or way behind.

This decision is very player dependent. A loose player could easily have called your raise with something like A 6 suited or 6 7 suited connectors, especially with the stacks 220bb deep, so he difinitely could have you beat.

How much have you seen him bluff? If he has been bluffing quite a bit then I wouldn't hesitate to put the the big reraise.

since we are out of position, if we are going to put in a big re-raise on the flop (say to $20-$22) how are we playing if he flats the flop, and the turn bricks (say the Tc)?

His AF is 9-3-oo and you're asking if he's been bluffing quite a bit?

I think this situation is very read dependent - how does he behave with different hands. Right now his behavior (aside from the obvious 6) could be a FD/straight draw wanting to see a free card or a small PP (and him "putting you" on AK).

If you can't get reads on him but he's over aggressive in all hands, just wait for a better hand.:-\

easy turn fold, 45 draw hit/trips not as likely from donk minraise flop

at best you're beating 88-TT, which should have been 3bet pf(esp if villain is this aggressive)

Terrible spot. You're screwed almost no matter what against a guy this aggressive. If you raise the flop (which I would have probably done) and he flat calls, you are in no man's land. If he flopped a huge hand and he's got any sense, that's exactly what he's going to do.

This is just a horrorshow of a hand to play OOP. One thing for sure, though, you've got to fold the turn. Even against a nutball over-agro monkey like this, I'm not stacking off when I'm that deep with a pair of jacks.
