Form factor-wise you are good. Just make sure your motherboard can support a 1 GB stick (not guaranteed with a rig that old). Note: "Supports 1 GB (or 2 GB) of RAM" is not that same as "Supports individual 1GB sticks".
You are probably fine, but better to find out now than after you buy the RAM. |

I'm pretty sure the Critical website has an app that will look at your system and tell you what you have as well as make a recommendation for upgrading.
