Default Stars 25k FT: QQ

I've been very tight since the FT. I've only raised one hand so far, got 3bet and folded.

Betting here doesn't really accomplish anything IMO, so check.

Hero checks again, if the guy bets its gonna be tough, hard to say what i'd do. I know checking again is good though.

Ah, well ok I shoved here. My thinking was, if someone had an A they would have bet already. Why give Kc a free card and if I am called and behind, I most likely have 9 outs to the 2nd nut flush.

Results?

I don't like this because you're getting called when behind every time and fold all worse hands, I think checking and calling any river bet is a better option and also gives you chance to fold on river depending.

I definitely like a check/call here. If someone actually has the K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (unlikely) AND a club falls (unlikely), then you pay off a bet. What hand that includes K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] is calling your raise? The A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] are out of the deck and you raised UTG. If he has K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], he has you beat already anyway.

CO called with 78cc, the river was a non-club and I busted.
