Battling with Battlefield Support staff..

Support are telling me that I will only start to earn rake back after I have raked $3k to clear the $1k bonus; yet I believe others have received the 1k and 1800rb for clearing the 3k of rake (900 from site and 900 from affiliate). Please advise..Also the support staff have been rather patronising...wonder if anyone else has had issues with this site~??

Yep! That's how the bonus works. This has been discussed on this forum before. If you want rakeback, just contact support and tell them that you want rakeback instead of the bonus.

I have only ever had good dealings with their support staff. I wouldn't say they were patronising at all. Just normal poker room call centre staff.
