If you are going to 3bet the turn, make a real raise.

depends what he does. we call with position because we get to see what he does. if he checks we bet. if he bets small we call. if he pots it we fold.

with your read I fold, but if you want to 3bet then you need to make it larger and commit. You can't 3bet for info, especially if you are still confused when he gives it to you.
