Default 400NL - Overs and a FD deep, line check

Villain here is running 49/20/1.3 and is pretty donkish. My notes on him say that he makes absurd/floats bluffs, and he calls minraises very light. Flop raise was purely for value fwiw.

How'd I do?

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $2/$4 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $76.80
BB: $100.00
UTG: $929.50
CO: $382.00
Hero (BTN): $883.35

Preflop: Hero is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG raises to $12.00, CO folds, Hero calls $12.00, 2 folds

Flop: ($30) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
UTG bets $15.00, Hero raises to $58.00, UTG calls $43.00

Turn: ($146) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
UTG checks, Hero checks

River: ($146) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
UTG checks, Hero checks

If he makes absurd floats i think you should just call flop. Other than that you played it well, don't see any reason in bluffing this guy.

Why do you guys want to bet the turn? Given the description, I think he's going to be calling this completely blank turn with most of his range that he calls the flop with. Also, he can definitely have an overpair/set and be going for the c/r.

I think OPs line is good.

Does this really matter when villain will still pay off a spade river with any overpair? He seems bad enough to pay off a spade/K/J river with most made hands that he calls the flop with imo.
