If I'm raising here, it's not to fold. Villain can conceivably have any 9cXc, 7cXc (I don't see this being anything other than 5c or Ac, hopefully not 5c).

You can't really just call here because there's so many [censored] turns.. Probably should just shove.

seems like shoving is the only play but i expect to be behind a decent amount of the time.

Something like this? Probably overlooked something, but seems like an easy shove. Don't think any of those hands can/will fold if you push so it's all about having > 50% equity, which we easily have.

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 62.598% 61.37% 01.23% 28555 572.00 { 6d6s }
Hand 1: 37.402% 36.17% 01.23% 16831 572.00 { QQ+, 99-88, AcKc, AcQc, Ac9c, KcQc, Kc9c, Qc9c, JcTc, Jc9c, Jc7c, Tc9c, T7s, 98s, 9c7c, 9d6d, 9h6h, 86s, 75s }

shove without any thoughts, if he has a bigger set, very nice for him.

just calling leads to same problem on turn no matter what card it is.
