Default flaw in democracy

by allowing poor uneducated people to vote, you risk them making bad choices because they are not as intelligent as rich educated people.

but if you stopped allowing poor uneducated people to vote, then it would be more likely that they wouldn't have any power in society.

So what you are saying is that the ruling class ought to make sure that their power isn't threatened?

By allowing rich educated people to vote, you risk them making bad choices because they don't know what it's like to be poor, and don't know how to effectively get poor people to improve their lives.

But if you stopped allowing rich educated people to vote, then they wouldn't have as much power in society, and socialist wealth-redistribution schemes would probably increase.

That's 2 flaws in democracy we've found so far. Let's see if we can find some more! This is a fun game!

If you mean uneducated relevant to the issues e.g politics; I don't think 'rich and educated' goes hand in hand anymore than 'poor and educated'. The rich are often the most naive and ignorant regarding society and politics.
