Default 16s - AQ vs Albatross77 on Bubble

I might have played this hand pretty brutal but meh. The plan was just to call then check call down him trying to c-bet etc. I haven't played much with albatross so I have no idea what to think of this turn bet.

So because he has more chips you can't push?
Aq doesnt really get value out of a flop out of position.

btw was it you pushing your 47o into me just a few hours ago , hitting 4 of a kind on the flop?? with 3 left?

I agree, you needed to lead out on the turn. I like the plan of picking off the C bet on the flop, but once he didn't make it, you had to bet the turn.

I'd fold to his push on the turn as well. You're probably winning, but calling is just reckless.

I call the all in here. Villain doesn't bet the flop, and when hero checks the flop and turn, villain thinks their hand is good. I expect villain not to have an Ace here most of the time.

If you don't bet the flop, i don't see why you are calling preflop. It doesn't get much better than this flop for AQ.

He might do it with something that has you beat but more likely he has a combodraw and just wants to push you off whatever you have. You need to win like 65% to call and I don't think he does this with anything that has us beat so I'd call. Strange tho and I really can't figure out what he could have and why unless he did some ICM quickly and miscalculated that you can't call with a big ace
