(Full Tilt) Hud Works for Cash Games but not SNG's???

Just like the title says, my Poker Ace Hud works fine during cash games, but doesn't show any stats during SNG's (it does show mucked hands however). Anyone know what the heck is going on? I played about 20 SNG's today and it didn't come on once...

Poker Tracker keeps giving me this error message on import:

Error getting the seating information for tournament game #-1037084794.

How in the world do I fix this? I tried using the center seat option and tried without it...
