Default 25/50 Flop Top Two Now I Need a Plan

Villain is a very good 24/19 TAG, whats my line? He's not stacking off with AK/AQ.

$25/$50 No Limit Holdem
6 players

Stacks:
UTG (<font color="#0000cc">$1741.00</font>)
UTG 1 (<font color="#0000cc">$5098.00</font>)
CO (<font color="#0000cc">$12187.00</font>)
BTN (<font color="#0000cc">$9421.00</font>)
Hero (<font color="#0000cc">$4950.00</font>)
BB (<font color="#0000cc">$6888.00</font>)

Pre-flop: ($75, 6 players) Hero is SB A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
UTG calls $50, <font color="#cc0000">UTG 1 raises to $225</font>, <font color="#777777">2 folds</font>, Hero calls $200, <font color="#777777">1 fold</font>, <font color="#777777">UTG folds</font>

Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($550, 2 players)
Hero checks, <font color="#cc0000">UTG 1 bets $375</font>, <font color="#0000cc">Hero?</font>

You should either lead often, or practically never and with 100 bb stacks I think never is a much better strategy.

I'm don't mean to be an ass, but we all know the options: lead out, check-call, check-raise, hell even check-fold, but that's not what's important - what is important are the REASONS WHY you like one line over another.

I'd c/r then push the turn (if he called)... if he re-raised the flop after you c/r, you'd then have a decision to make.

I don't like a c/r here. Because of UTG's stack I don't think he has stuff like a bare FD or T9 that often. So the only draw is Axss, and stuff like KJ that might peel a card (but probably will fold). His pf range is probably close to Ax, KJ, 55. Of that, he's not going to stack off with AK/AQ so easily, but he probably calls a small c/r and plays poker from there. I just don't think he'll call an essentially pot committing turn bet. With A9 or lower he'll probably call at least sometimes, but folds turn with a much higher frequency. There are a few turns that we don't want to see either, and we'll have an inflated pot and not know where we stand. Is he the type that likes to put in a 3rd bet on the flop in these spots (less than all-in). Some will make it like 2200 if you make it 1100 here (sometimes as a bluff obv) so you might stand to gain something that way from his bluffs, but otherwise he isn't going to float the c/r or call down light in this spot. People just don't mess around on these types of flops IME. So I think you now have to c/c, maybe get him to fire again with a small pair or protect his AK/AQ. It does leave a tough river spot, but that is the only way to play it with your line IMO. If he checks the turn I would bet the river, maybe fold on a spade or K/Q if he raises. We just let him check down his Ax/Jx on the river if we check a blank, because he's not going to valuebet too light in this spot (fear of c/r, not much worse you can call with), but he may look you up lighter. But AZK is probably right, I like a lead here to get him to bluff raise or overplay some hand
