cashing out from fulltilt

I e-mailed full tilt, still waiting on a response so I'm asking here.

Does anyone know if I deposit with a credit card could I cash out with epassporte( if it ever gets set up, it's taking forever as well) with out sending a utility bill or something to verify?
I'm a college student with no bills so I can't send a utility bill which is why I was going to do epassporte... but I'm also impatient.

I think you need to have made a deposit from epassporte before you can use it to cash out, otherwise i'm not sure.

also to "verify" you're account, you can have like a cell phone bill mailed to your school address, etc. etc. to verify you're address.

If you're just trying to create gnomes and get around it, bad idea.

Slight hijack, what's the average time for getting cash from Tilt to Neteller (non-US ldo)? I set up my account around 9am eastern yesterday, deposited $50 to Tilt fine, then requested a cashout, it still says it's queued now.
