Default HU 1.5/3, getting donked into on turn

I entered the game with villian having about 600. Only played about 50 hands but villian seems lika a badish callingstation kinda player, who I've seen limping his button with AA, AKs, 77 (sometimes limpminraising my openingraise).

Should I have raised this turn? And what about river?

I'd probably check the river, I can't really imagine what hand he's going to call you with unless he specifically has T8 or T7, which would be pretty tough.
