Tough spot, based on stats, you may be beat unless the SB will raise AK out of the SB. I sometimes do and sometimes don't dependent on table dynamics. I might raise here then fold to a reraise as purely clean info.

yeah it's hard to raise enough to let him know you're strong and to get rid of the draws in this multiway, but leave enough left behind that you would get away from a shove.

I'd probably raise to ~$18 and then fold to a shove.

Raising half of your stack and folding seems really bad.

Is this raise supposed to be for information, value, or as a bluff?

I think by just calling preflop you are choosing to set mine, or bet if checked to so I would stick with that.
