AQ flop top two pair, met with large raise on flop

Should I assume a set here? Or is he raising this much with AK, a flush draw, or something else enough for a push or call here to be profitable?

I push here, but I'm curious as to what others think as I've been in the same spot twice today and both times it was a set.

If you push and lose it is a cooler. This happened to me a couple of times at 100nl and SSNL told me standard each time.

This is closer with AK but with AQ its a no brainer.

insta-push IMO. Why did you bet so much preflop ? Only set you are worried about is 22 and it`s unlikely. you see AK and JTs/KJs type of hands here.

This is a push w/AKo but 2 pair+ is a no brainer.
